Performance appraisal is an evaluation of employees with respect to their performance in their job role and their potential for development. If your council isn't currently carrying out appraisals for staff, we think this course is for you!
This course is recommended for the appraise and appraiser so we encourage both to attend to hear what is expected of both parties (and offer a discount for two people attending from one council). We provide a sample appraisal form for all attendees to get you started.
