CHAIRING SUCCESSFUL MEETINGS
You've been to many meetings in your working life but how are local council meetings different? Our helpful 1-day course provides you with the techniques to structure council meetings professionally and get the best contributions from the meeting participants.
This course is recommended for current meeting chairmen, vice-chairmen and aspiring chairmen.
By the end of the session you will be confident in leading council meetings, understand the key procedures and get the most from your councillor colleagues and clerk.
Training the whole council
Chairing successful meetings can be delivered and tailored specially for your council, which can be a cost-effective approach if you have a number of councillors who require training.
