Preparing a budget is one of the most important pieces of work a Responsible Financial Officer (RFO) does. The task can be confusing and daunting but there is a method!  As part of the course we'll give you a template Excel spreadsheet to help you to present your budget clearly.


This course is recommended for new RFOs who work for small to medium-sized councils who plan to use spreadsheets to create their council's next budget.
