If you are new to this process or would like to pick up tips on what's required/what to look for/questions to ask during the budget-setting process, then this course is for you.

Feedback from our October 2020 budgeting for councillors course:

Excellent. Although virtual, it worked extremely well.

Really helpful, well presented introduction to the practicalities of Council budget setting.

I have gained some more insights, into the financial process, and probably more questions to ask in the financial committee!

Really beneficial and given me confidence.

Confirmed a lot of what I thought I knew, which was very reassuring and threw up only the rare surprise.

I found it very helpful and iterated the way forward.
