MANAGING THE YEAR-END FINANCES - PART 1 AM

This two part course is recommended for new Clerks with financial responsibilities. We'll provide clear guidance through the year-end finance process with lots of opportunity for questions in an informal setting. Part One will focus on the procedures you will need to undertake before the year end along with the information you will need to complete the Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR).
The tutor is an experienced Clerk with many years of successfully managing council finances.
