Luisa will explore how to get the get the best out of this sometimes frustrating process from everyone’s perspective 

Those two annual meetings 

Sara will explain the difference between them and explore ideas to make them more engaging to the public

Do we need a social media policy?  

Our IT Associate, Steve Jackman, will talk through the pros and cons and provide practical advice

Networking lunch including opportunity to talk to Luisa, Di, Julie and Sara and 'nobble' our speakers

Working with village halls and charities

Rik Martin, who works for Community Action Norfolk, will discuss common issues such as building projects, funding and charity governance

  • Setting up a youth club (Luisa)
