The following terms and conditions apply to events and training sessions you book with us.

Payment

We accept payment via BACS or cheque.  Details are provided on the invoice.

 

Cancellation policy

Norfolk PTS aims to provide quality, varied and worthwhile training for local councils in Norfolk. Organising such events takes a considerable amount of effort and Norfolk PTS incurs the cost of venue hire, tutor fees and catering. For this reason, it is important to be able to accurately budget for each event to ensure that it is economically viable.  Non-attendance and late cancellations can cause events to run at a loss.

 

From time to time a course may be cancelled by us due to low numbers, in which case the fee paid is fully refundable or transferable to an alternative course.

 

A full refund will be provided if 10 or more days' notice is given prior to the date of the training course. However, full charges will be levied and no refund will be given when a booking is cancelled within the 10-day period prior to the date of the training course.

 

Delegate fees are transferable to other councillors or employees of your council to attend the training event booked. In exceptional circumstances, a credit may be given for an alternative course.  In this instance you should contact us in writing.
