This course is recommended for new Clerks with financial responsibilities. We'll provide clear guidance through the year-end finance process with lots of opportunity for questions in an informal setting. The tutor is an experienced Clerk with many years of successfully managing council finances.

We'll take you through the year-end tasks and completion of the Annual Governance & Accountability Return (AGAR) as well as key dates you'll need to adhere to. Bring your laptop and we'll help you to complete the AGAR.
